Many waste a large portion of their budgets on antiquated processes, tools, and practices, especially around testing. I am tasked with engaging these potential clients, to build test strategies, testing plans, and teams to address their quality concerns, with an eye towards agile optimization. As the regional practice lead, I am charged with representing the testing capability of the organization in North America.
